Terms of service
1. Who we are and what Bliks is
Bliks ("we", "us") publishes Bliks Trade Manager ("Bliks", the "Software"), a desktop application that helps you manage orders and positions in your own MetaTrader 5 account: placing and modifying orders you decide on, showing charts, indicators, studies, alerts and economic-calendar information. Bliks is a tool. It does not trade for you, it does not choose trades for you and it is not a signal, advisory or asset-management service.
2. No investment advice, no guarantee of profit
Nothing in the Software, on this website, in our e-mails or in our support answers is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Indicators, visual studies, alerts, calculations, calendars and examples are informational only and may be wrong, late or incomplete. We do not promise, imply or guarantee any profit or any protection from loss. Any decision to open, modify or close a trade is yours alone.
3. Trading risk: you use Bliks at your own risk
Trading leveraged products such as forex, metals, indices, commodities and crypto CFDs carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all of your deposited funds and, with some brokers, more. Prices move fast, connections drop, brokers reject or delay orders, and software has bugs. By using Bliks you accept that:
- you are solely responsible for every order sent from your account, including orders sent by Bliks's automatic functions (batches, break-even, trailing stop, partial targets, close buttons) that you configured and enabled;
- you must verify every value (symbol, volume, price, stop loss, take profit, risk) before executing, and keep a stop loss that matches the money you can afford to lose;
- you will only trade money you can afford to lose and, if in doubt, seek independent professional advice;
- Bliks depends on your MetaTrader 5 terminal, your broker, your computer and your internet connection, none of which we control.
4. Accounts, licences and the free trial
You must create an account with a valid e-mail address and keep your password private; you are responsible for everything done with your account. New accounts receive a free trial (normally 7 days) with every feature enabled, without payment and without giving us any card or bank details, so you can test Bliks in full with a demo or a live account before deciding to buy.
A paid package is a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Software for the purchased period on the number of computers stated in the package. Licences are activated online and re-checked periodically; you must not share accounts, resell licences, circumvent activation limits, or reverse engineer, decompile, modify or redistribute the Software. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud, chargeback abuse or attacks on our systems.
5. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in US dollars; payment processors (card, crypto) may convert to your currency and add their own fees. Because Bliks can be tested completely and free of charge during the trial, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the licence has been issued, except where a refund is required by mandatory consumer law. Full details are in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Availability, updates and support
We work to keep the licence service, the news relay and the download service running, but they are provided "as available". Bliks keeps working offline for a limited grace period if our servers are unreachable. We may release updates that change or remove features, and we may require an update before trading continues when a broker or platform change makes it necessary. Support is provided by e-mail and through the contact form on a reasonable-effort basis.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software and the services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, missed opportunities or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software or the services, however caused, even if we were advised of their possibility. If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Software in that period. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in that case they apply only as far as the law allows.
9. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your trading, or your misuse of the Software or of another person's account.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its date. Continued use of the Software or the services after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Bliks is established, and the courts of that country have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
Questions: use the contact page.
12. Copy trading
The copy-trading marketplace lets a user ("provider") publish the trades of their own Bliks account as a strategy, and lets other users ("followers") subscribe so that their own Bliks mirrors those trades in their own broker account. Bliks only relays signals; it does not trade, hold funds with brokers, manage accounts or select providers as advisers.
- Providers are independent traders, not employees, agents or advisers of Bliks. Statistics shown are computed from the signals the provider's Bliks published and may not reflect their real account. Past performance does not predict future results.
- Followers control their own risk. Copied trades are placed by the follower's Bliks with the follower's sizing settings and are subject to the follower's risk guardrails, broker conditions, symbol availability, spreads, slippage and connection. Results will differ from the provider's. A follower can pause copying at any time.
- Credits and fees. Subscriptions are paid with wallet credits (1 credit = 1 USD). Bliks keeps the platform fee shown at the time of subscription; the remainder is credited to the provider. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable; subscriptions run until their end date and are not refunded when copying is paused or the provider stops publishing. Provider earnings can be paid out on request, subject to identity checks, minimum amounts and processing time.
- Conduct. Providers must describe their strategy honestly, must not promise profits, and must not publish manipulated or fake trades. Bliks may reject, pause or remove a strategy, withhold earnings obtained through abuse, and terminate accounts that break these rules.
- All limitations of liability in these terms apply to copy trading in full; you use the marketplace at your own risk.
